We don’t just put a roof over people’s head. We also support them to address the problems that have led them to become homeless in the first place and empower them to move forward with their lives.

Our focus and aim are to work towards valued lives and independent living fully engaged in society with renewed hope.

We make that happen by assessing the needs of each individual resident, and by setting a set of mutually agreed and realistic goals for their future development.

Currently, EliRanda Hope Housing projects are located in Enfield Borough, Islington Borough and Haringey Borough.

Besides the statutory HMO accommodation standards stipulated by regulation, EliRanda provides a variety of facilities to assist its residents to feel settled in accommodation that offers and promotes safety, security, health and fitness, education, training and entertainment.

The facilities offered by EliRanda includes Wi-Fi, Fitted and furnished Kitchen, Cleaning and Supply of Cleaning Detergents, Furnished bedrooms exclusive to tenants only, HMO complaint properties and standards and many more.

We can provide housing for young adults, ex care leavers and those homeless. We support them to progress through their difficulties and focus on a brighter future.

We support young people who may have experienced childhood trauma and abuse, family breakdowns, unemployment, care leavers and ex offenders.

We understand their difficult pasts and work with them to ensure the circle is broken so they have a stable and independent future.

The support we offer finds them training opportunities and sees them renew their hope in life

We provide specialist Private Renting / Supported Accommodation for homeless people whose misuse of drugs and alcohol may make it hard for them to thrive in a more traditional setting. We support and empower them to access support and treatment services, and put in place bespoke individual care plans to ensure their individual needs are addressed.

We strive to provide safe and secure homes for people, but the main aim of our work is to empower people to live more independently and to engage with the wider community. When people leave our accommodation we want them to live independently in homes of their own – with greater control over their drug and alcohol use.
